Directions to Pinnacle Peak Park

Pinnacle Peak Park is located in North Scottsdale, Arizona — East of Pima Road, off Alma School Road between Happy Valley Road and Dynamite Boulevard. The park entrance is on 102nd Way, just west of Pinnacle Peak Patio restaurant.

The trailhead includes a 50 space parking area, including spaces for horse trailers, office, restrooms, shade ramada and picnic tables.

Hours of Operation: Dawn to dusk. Please call (480-312-0990) for specific hours. Park closed on December 25th.

You must arrive at least one hour before dusk to be able to hike a portion of the trail before the park closes.

Park Rules and Regulations:

• All persons using the park must comply with all federal, state, county and city laws, rules and regulations.
• Smoking is prohibited in the park.
• No alcoholic beverages of any kind are permitted in the park.
• No parking is permitted on the west side trail connection.
• No dogs, bicycles, or motorized vehicles allowed on the trail.
• No commercial activities are allowed in the park.
• Rock climbing is permitted in designated climbing areas only and access by climbing access trails only.
• All trail users must yield to horseback riders.
• Please pack out your trash.
• Only experienced trail horses and riders on the trail.
